Project Manager – Working Student (f/m/d)

The Role
You will be one of the first key hires in a fast-growing start-up company and get to shape our growth trajectory together with the founding team of successful entrepreneurs and investors.
- As a Working Student (max 20h per week), you will support the Project Management in driving the delivery of client solutions.
- Under the guidance and mentorship of the Project Lead, you drive project delivery, facilitate effective communication with clients, and assist in strategic work planning as well as efficient team management.
- You will understand and clarify the client’s needs and assist in solving their strategic and operational issues. For that, you will work occasionally with a team of expert data scientists and machine learning engineers.
- You will significantly contribute to the shaping and scaling of our start-up business
What you'll do
Develop and Deliver Client Solutions
- Suppor tclient communication, work planning, and team management
- Take responsibility for assigned work streams, and assist in analysis to create powerful insights, while ensuring high quality of work
- Work with a team of experts, from data scientists and machine learning engineers to successful entrepreneurs.
- Effectively structure communication of data, knowledge, as well as insights and co-create and deliver high-quality presentations.
- Support in translating data into meaningful insights; Brainstorm to understand and resolve problems; Generate answers and recommend actionable solutions.
Shape and Scale the Company
- Contribute to the shaping and scaling of our start-up business and directly support the founding team
- Responsibilities can range from supporting sales-, communication-, or recruiting activities
- Potentially support on sales pitches to new clients
What you'll bring
- You are a student at a renowned university in the field of business administration, business informatics, or comparable
- Ideally, you have relevant experience in the form of internships and/or working student activities
- Excellent MS Office skills, especially Excel and PowerPoint
- Possess strong communication and team skills, with the ability to multi-task
- Entrepreneurial- and analytical mindset with a passion for Artificial Intelligence
- Either based in Frankfurt or Berlin, or work remotely in time zones CET +/- 3h acceptable[LS1]
- Fluent in German and English
